I wasn’t sure what to expect as I’ve never been to a Rudy’s restaurant. I really enjoyed it. The meats have a great smoked flavor and the BBQ sauces are just right. You can taste anything you like to help decide what to order. Tons of parking all around the standalone restaurant. They were out of pulled pork. Brisket was good. The turkey was amazing. The potato salad was pretty good. All of the cold sides are enough for two people. Recommend.

Rudy’s is convenient, quick, food is good, quality is consistent, ribs have been a little lean lately but hey! You are always,” welcomed in” verbally and the staff is very friendly. My two least favorite things are the side selection and that prime rib is only offered at the end of the week. I appreciate this place.

We go to Rudy’s frequently, first time to this location, was in town for the football game. The guy cutting the meats either could care less about his job or was under the influence, not sure which, bottom line, he should not have been working there. The servers had to ask him repeatedly for the meats and I noticed three separate occasions where he cut a brisket down from moist to lean even though moist was desired and ordered, including our order. Place was very clean and organized, goes to prove that 1 person can bring down an entire business. Will we return to this location? A solid no is the answer.

I usually love eating at Rudy’s but someone desperately needs to teach the cooks how to slice brisket at this location! It was sliced so incredibly thick! It was good tasting but the thickness was not very appetizing as it normally is. It also was greasy than how it normally is. The price too is very expensive for what you get.

I do not recommend if you’re from the south…. The Worst pulled Pork and the potato salad tasted like it was from Smith’s. However, Bottles sodas were awesome

Best BBQ in Santa Fe! Love the moist brisket, outside cut with bark. Mmm good! Pulled pork on the baked potato is great too.

This Rudy’s falls far below what I had experienced regularly at the locations in Albuquerque… The coleslaw was flavorless and it’s as if the pork ribs were from pigs that were starved. I know your probably happy to have employees but maybe let then know there are fractions other than 1/2 … It’s also kind of extremely rude the amount of “your mom does not work here clean up after yourself” signs you have with the prices you charge…. Nothing about my experience was particularly memorable in a positive way.

Moist Brisket was great but pulled pork was not. $30 for a total of 1 lb of meat with potato salad and a banana pudding. Only 3 other people eating there @ 5:30 on a Friday evening.
