Sakura is a hole in the wall Japanese restaurant in Astoria Ditmars that is affordable and delicious. While this restaurant appears rough around the edges, what it is lacking in ambiance it makes up for in flavor. This is a great place for a casual meal with friends but skip it if you are trying to impress a date.

Bad service and food. The lady sever was extremely rude. The food took so long to come out. Yet we were the only ones at the restaurant. Also, the food unfortunately was basic. Not worth the money. The sushi rolls kept falling apart. One of us got sick after eating there. Definitely don’t recommend
