Ate there several days while staying nearby. Breakfast was super! French toast is best I’ve had in a minute. A bit pricey, 2 dollar upcharge to sub 2 strips of bacon for two eggs. As of this writing the eggs are more expensive than the bacon, so I figure they should take $2 off LOL. But seriously, wait staff does a good job, food quality is high, good atmosphere. Robin the Hostess is very charming; we enjoyed talking with her! Looking forward to many future meals here.

First off, our waitress was friendly, attentive, and sweet. Glasses, tattoos, I believe her name was Alyx? Excellent waitress.

Wow ! Just wow. Went in after a long day at work….. bar was busy and Kandy was a one man band. She apologized and said she would be right with me. She came back with a smile and I enjoyed a nice glass of white wine. I added the seared tuna nachos to my order and WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED! I live on the island and hate telling the public about my hot spots lol. Guy Harvey never disappoints. The pool , the staff it’s just a whole vibe. I’m glad they hung on during the pandemic. I really enjoyed my decompress time . Kandy … keep up the good work

The only reason it’s not getting 5 stars is because I’ve never experienced as long of a wait at a breakfast joint. The prices are average to slightly pricey, the staff was fairly friendly, but the food was absolutely excellent. For the price the quality, quantity, and flavor are very on point. They have good coffee that they leave for you at the table to drink your fill of as you need. Honestly except for the fact that our waitress wasn’t very attentive and the wait was very long for breakfast it was awesome otherwise. The hotel is gorgeous, the bathrooms are wonderful, theres a little guy Harvey outfitter shop right next to the eating area. They also serve fresh squeezed orange juice, we didn’t try it but it looked really good from the table next to us!

Food was ok. We ordered a poke bol which wasn’t that flavorful. Tuna was nicely seared, but rice tasted like packaged rice. Wings and burger were good. Crab cake was bland.

The food was amazing, but service leaves much to be desired. They forgot we were on the waiting list. We had to ask about our place on the list before we were sat. Then we had to ask for a server. Once we finally got one and asked for water and ordered a drink. We didn’t see her for the next 15mins. I had to go to the bar to get a glass of water. The music was a nice touch. I love live music. I would have had a much higher rating had service been on point….

So incredibly delicious!! Best grilled Mahi ever! Served with fresh mild salsa and key lime tarter sauce, fish was cooked to perfection. With garlic mashed potatoes and veges that had a nice flavor. And grilled plantain. Beautiful presentation, this was seriously a delicious lunch!! Plus a great a ambiance it is in the cool Guy Harvey Resort. Another thing we like was although it is located at the beach there is plenty of free parking in front. Our server was great, very sweet and knowledgeable. We went on Tues. May 21. 5 star lunch we very highly recommend Santiago’s!
