The restaurant’s atmosphere was an awesome vibe. Darby was absolutely amazing she seated us and she spoke to the chef about making us their seafood tower(they don’t typically serve it at brunch), and let me tell you -it was phenomenal! Very impressive and such a delectable variation of seafood. Hands down would recommend this place to all my friends and family.

An absolutely stunning establishment. Our party of 4 had great drinks and food. I will definitely be coming back for another special occasion. The plating, the variety of different elements to the dishes was so much fun to experience. I think if I had anything to mention that I wanted more of, was seasoning for the salads. We concluded there was absolutely no salt on the salads which probably was in error. It certainly would not stop me from getting any salad again though. Thanks guys!

The overall experience here was enjoyable, the staff were excellent, the atmosphere was nice. The food itself was good but I feel there are a lot of dishes that could use small improvements. I’ve ordered oysters at about 1000 different restaurants and these just weren’t up to par — served room temp, put these on ice!!!! At room temp you start to get this wet-dog aftertaste. Meat on the ribs was entirely too dry, sauce for the shrimp was watery, sauce on the swordfish was overpowering with lemon rind. The swordfish was still probably one of my favorite dishes alongside the wings, but i couldn’t help imagining the potential if the sauce was improved. I hate to sound like a complainer but I’m just trying to offer constructive criticism, I feel like the small details can take an OK dish and make it great, or take a dish with great potential and just make it OK.

10/10 experience. Service was great, food was exceptional, atmosphere was awesome. Went for dinner on Thursday and loved it so much went back again for brunch on Sunday. Cocktails are phenomenal and the quality of the ingredients used are sooo fresh! My favorite restaurant in Wilmington

SO delicious. I have eaten at some of the top restaurants in the world and this is right up there with them. I ate there by myself and coursed out my dishes. The ribs- get them. I went during oyster happy hour and the seaweed mignonette was delicious. Cocktails looked amazing as well. I don’t drink alcohol anymore, so as a former connoisseur, the mocktails were also amazing. Not that typical sugary spritz some restaurants try and serve you as a replacement. Run don’t walk!

Had a fun night here at Seabird. Lovely place, ambience, delicious food. Oysters, Tuna tartare and habanero ribs are a must try. Catfish and Cioppino were amazingly flavorful. Although some items say small plates, the portions are very generous. It would be nice to have a little more space between the tables. It feels a little tight but other than that definitely a fun place to try if you love seafood.
