The food was great but prices and names of each item were not clearly marked, so I had to wait untill I went up to the register to know how much I was paying. Which can be awkward if you don’t have enough. Also I had to ask for the ” apple danish looking thing” Bec no labels were present on any item I looked at.

So I just left there at 3:45 pm on a Saturday, I went in to see if they had anything with lemon, after 10 min of standing and walking around I left. The ladies working never said hi, be right with you, nothing. They didn’t need my business I suppose. One ladies was helping a gentleman while the other walked back and fourth behind cabinet pretending to be busy. Ill never go back to this location.

The pastries that they have here are some of the best I have ever had. The staff is very friendly and not pushy like they are trying to just get you to move on so they can get the next customer I have been here a couple of times on my work visits and it has always been a very good experience.

I was told that they stay open until 6:30pm and online it still says 6:30pm.. went there and the lady locked the door while walking up to the door and I wasn’t the only customer coming up to the door. This lady still continued to lock the door at 3:12pm. Thanks I appreciate getting my child out in the rain and coming all the way to this location over the Hyde park one. I had to do that because they’ve been closing the Hyde park location early for a couple months now. I get being short staffed but when you clearly see people walking up and you lock the door that is just rude. I will no longer be a loyal customer to this bakery due to them being closed every time I’ve tried to go to each store and the rude employee locking the door in our faces.

I bought my daughter a birthday cake with white cake and strawberry filling. I was a little shocked at the price because I’m used to buying Kroger cakes. But oh my. This cake was worth every penny. It was the most delicious, most beautiful cake I’ve ever seen. The decorating on the cake was a piece of artwork. They did a wonderful job!

My Hubby ordered a white cake with white icing(buttercream, of course). My favorite color is PURPLE. The numerous ROSES were all in a beautiful PURPLE COLOR with delicate green leaves with a pattern on them!!! In the middle of one PURPLE ROSE was an Orange spot as we are BENGAL FANS!!! IT WAS THE BEST TASTING CAKE WE HAVE EVER HAD AND MADE MY 78TH BIRTHDAY JUST PERFECT!!! THANK YOU SOOOOO VERY MUCH, SERVATII’S BAKERS FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART. EVERYONE Should order their cakes from them from now on as they are worth the price. Staff is also very friendly and nice with great customer service skills! If you have never tried a white on white cake before, you really need to try Servatii’s as they are the best! The writing on the cake was just perfect and very beautiful! They are a very talented group of bakers and decorators!!! THANK YOU AGAIN FOR THE BEST EVER BIRTHDAY CAKE.
