Great food as always. The classic shack burger is highly recommended but for all the vegetarians out there, try their veggie burger and mushroom one. Not your average soy based nonsense. The Burgers actually have flavour and a bite to them. Vanilla shake was brilliant. 5/5 would recommend.

They gave me a bag missing a burger and when I went in the only explanation was that they were out of it. No offer to replace it or refund me. They were fully aware of it when they gave me the curbside order. Always check your bag at this location. It also did not seem like any of the employees got along. The atmosphere was very thick

We stopped by after dinner to grab a Vanilla Malt. We were able to order via the kiosk to speed things up but you can order at the counter if you so desire. The malt was excellent. Yum yum

This visit was really AMAZING, it wasn’t because of the food but the awesome customer service from an employee named Robert! This guy is an absolute ROCKSTAR and handled the front area like nothing I’ve ever seen in a fast food environment. HE took the place on like an owner touching every table making sure everyone was getting what they needed and even asked how the food tasted. Robert amazed my wife and I, you just don’t get this in business’s anymore but you do at Shake Shack! My burger was really just slopped together, the fries we’re barely warm but that honestly didn’t matter because the service from Robert overrode the food issue. I didn’t get it replaced, but I will try again and hope to see Robert next time we’re there.

It is truly self service, they do cook it of course. However, you order your own food and pay at a kiosk. Which is well laid out and easy to use. Then wait to hear your name. Don’t get me wrong they have pretty decent food for a reasonable price in this area.

It’s a Shake Shack. The food is what it is. I’ve liked every item I’ve ever ordered; from Chicago to Atlanta. Good food. Consistent.

I have argued for many years that Shake Shack offers the best fast food burgers and prior to my recent experience, nobody could convince me otherwise. That all changed two nights ago after eating at this location. After entering the store that was less than clean, I proceeded to order from a gentleman that looked like he had just walked in off the street from a night sleeping in the gutter. He mumbled something and I placed my order. I watched as the crew moved without any sense of purpose or urgency. After receiving my meal, I took a sip of my Dr. Pepper only to realize it was Coke Zero. They were out of Dr. Pepper and decided to substitute something else without telling me. My fries were limp and room temperature, clearly having been sitting out for a while. The pinnacle of my bad meal was a top bun that was very cold and completely soaked as if it had been lying in cold water. This was the first Shake Shack I had ever entered that wasn’t packed and now I know why. I’m certain the crew was at the center of the issues, but shame on Shake Shack for not ensuring their typically high standards were upheld. In-N-Out still offers the best overall experience and Culver’s offers similar taste/quality to Shake Shack for half the cost, so no more Shake Shack for me. People make the difference.

I ordered the Hot Ones chicken sandwich and was mistakenly given a hamburger. When I let them know, they gave me a chicken sandwich that looked like it had been sitting all shift … and on first bite, I realized they left paper on the cheese in the sandwich. First and last visit.

Very disappointed with the service here. Ordered food through the self service screens and received a confirmation email. Waiting for over 20 mins with multiple people behind me in the queue getting their food ahead of me. Cashier didn’t really notice me waiting too long I had to go to her for help. Eventually a supervisor told me my order was ‘lost’ and sorted the meal out. If they thrown in an extra fries as a form of apology maybe I wouldn’t leave such a negative review but they weren’t astitute enough or trained the right way to do that. Food was great but that’s with every shake shack. The difference maker is customer service and we were let down by this branch.

Just went to Shake Shack last night and immediately after placing our order, we saw a lady at the counter with the biggest smile and kindness ever. More employees were coming up and all were doing the same. Needless to say, the environment they created for customers was awesome especially with how busy it was. I’ll gladly be back!
