First visit to this restaurant. Except for the really sticky floor, it was clean. Several TVs to watch sports, news, or whatever is on while you enjoy a beverage at the bar or wait on your order.The staff was helpful. The entire time I was there, I never once saw anyone smile. They just seem to “exist”. Maybe they were tired. It was around 7pm on Tuesday.

So completely disappointed and disgusted by this restaurant now. I have been going to this restaurant since it was Chicken Shak back in the day, and today marked the last time. Put a DoorDash pickup order in, and waited the 40 minutes it’s said to go pickup. Once we arrived we were told that the system had been down for online orders that entire time and that it had just been brought back up and that it would be ANOTHER 30-40 minutes. Came back after giving them ANOTHER 45 minutes just for the girl at the pickup register to completely ignore me. After the bartender finally asked me if I had been helped we then had to wait ANOTHER 25 minutes for the order to be completed. Got home and what do we find right on top? A BOX WITH A BBQ SANDWICH WITH A BITE TAKEN OUT! Not sure if one of the cooks was eating in the kitchen while cooking, but it was disgusting. Also having to wait 2 hours for subpar food just to have that happen was ridiculous! Completely disgusted and disappointed by how far downhill this restaurant and the service have gone within the last few years, will not be returning.

I have not been here in a while but they have really stepped up the look on the inside with a clean and refreshed look and added some booths. It’s definitely more welcoming than before. The food came out at different times and it was slow but it was fresh and hot. There were no issues with the food itself! We both ordered the raw fries medium and they were perfect. I gave it 4 stars because it was not a quick in and out lunch.

Wings are always good here. I ordered, picked up and once I got home discovered that the wings were not rolled in fact the sauce was in separate containers for me to roll them in???? Strange cause that’s never happened with a pick up order before. Maybe a new process I’m not sure since it’s been a couple months since I was there. Good wings and fries though.

They had some good music playing and not to loud. People there were nice the food was good but it took forever to get our food and to just have the server come over to take the order in the first place. Although she did a good job trying to keep up with everybody seeing how there was only 1 server 1 bartender and 1 cook. I would not recommend going in after church we were there from 1 to 2:30 just waiting and just to take maybe 10 15 minutes to eat.

Used to go to this place every Friday with a big group. Not anymore I don’t know who changed the cook or recipe but the food went from 5 stars and amazing to meh at best! Garlic Parm was amazing and now it’s just bathed in oil and some Parm sprinkled on top. Not coming back. So sad and disappointed!!

Would like to leave a review of the food but can’t because we weren’t allowed to place a take out order at 8:45pm. The wait staff informed us we can dine in and place an order but we can not place an order to go. We were not calling it in, we were standing at the register at the bar. I asked the server so we can place an order and sit here until after 9 (when they close according to wait staff but everthing else says 10) but we can’t place an order and take it with us?! She replied that is thr general managers rule. Explain to me how that makes sense. You are going to pay a wait staff to stay pass close for me to not only wait on my food to be cooked but also take my time to eat (however long that might be) instead of getting the same order and I take it home to spend my time eating (and now you don’t have to pay someone to watch me eat or to clean up after me). This place obviously does not care about making money.

It was good! My girlfriend and I went here and tried their wings, burgers, and fries. Very simple layout to the place and the food was delicious! The cheeseburger I had was cooked perfectly! Our server was nice explained a lot what was on the menu.
