This place is a perfect hometown pizza parlor that gives you that feel good feeling with great service. The pizza is worth getting off the interstate for sure. The customer service was exceptional. What a great place. The food was amazing, the atmosphere was great, the people were so welcoming and nice. I really enjoyed talking with the staff and getting to know everyone. It has a great small town charm, is warm and welcoming. I recommend this place and try that supreme pizza and the main street sandwich and the onion rings. Everything was delicious.

Warning!!!!!!!!!!The most Disgusting pizza and wings we have ever had!!!One large plain pie and two-box wings costs $41!!The pizza was cold, cheese was hard and pizza dough was like bread. I ended up ordering Alfredo which i asked if they had it just to be sure and the girl on the phone said they did. She asked me what kind and i ordered Chicken Alfredo. I also ordered Cinnabites with extra whip cream and the girl said okay. After picking up the food and going home, my family ended up with Pizza Alfredo not the ALFREDO you’d get from any other pizza place and there was no whip cream in with my Cinnabites. My mom ended up calling and speaking to the manager and the lady was quite rude with her trying to explain to her that we should’ve specified better and that they sell the Alfredo here and there. She said that it was the girls misunderstanding. I went to go pick up the refund she said she’d refund me back and she told me, “like i had told your mom, you’ll have to specify since we don’t do the Alfredo all the time” something close to that. IN MY OPINION, Alfredo is Alfredo and as a waitress myself I would have told the customer we only have the pizza alfredo so they don’t end up getting the wrong thing. Customer service wasn’t that great and i’m disappointed in how the manager was speaking to my mom on the phone.

Not accommodating for people in wheelchair. They had a party at six me my family and friends showed up at 5:15 never eaten st shogunz. They have higher tables but would not make any accommodations. They told us…. after the party you can come back that is the only options we have….will never support shogunz period!
