Came here for dinner on a weekend night – had a little trouble finding the place as it’s along El Camino and hard to spot if driving. Took a while to find parking as well. Thankfully made a reservation as they were turning away walk-ins. Did not realize it was all you can eat but it’s all worth it. Dining time is more or less limited to 1.5 hours which is enough for 3-4 rounds of orders (limited to 4 meats per order). Some of the non meat dishes were sold out by 9 pm. Really liked the charcoal taste but it can get real smoky. Overall very good experience.

We visited SK Seoul Kalbi Korean BBQ in San Bruno for their all-you-can-eat option, attracted by the unique feature of using real wood charcoal for cooking. However, our experience was a mix of positives and negatives that resulted in an overall average rating.

Good place in the peninsula for kbbq especially if you like charcoal bbq! It’s on the pricier side at $45 per person. There is street parking and they also take reservations.

VERY BAD SERVICE! The asian server which I think was the owner did not let us order more than 4 meats and note that are party of 7. The meat portion is very small. He told us to finish all of our food first before we are able to order more. we felt deprived by that server. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT!

What a difference charcoal makes!! Quality of meat was the best from what we’ve had before. Could expand in their veggie options.

Amazing! Cooking over the coals was so much fun! The flavors compared to cooking over the propane are so much better! Service was great, so friendly. We will definitely be back! Thanks!!

First time to a Korean bbq with charcoal. Where in from I’ve only seen gas korean BBQ restaurants. Good experience overall.

The food was good, loved the bonchans, was very delicious and not salty. All you can eat meat and includes waygu cuts, definitely must-haves. They also serve sink waters to their customers, so definitely order other drinks. They lied about the seating, we were told we could come back at 8:30 pm, but actually had to wait over 2 hrs. By the time we were done eating, they were just waiting for us to leave and had to pay bill early cause they were closing their card machines, but they could have told us to just go eat elsewhere. Do plan at least 3 hrs ahead for reservations, we disnt know because we’re not locals.

The service here was the best I ever had at a kbbq place! They came by to check on us every once in a while to see if we needed anything and helped tame our charcoal grill. The bbq meat is so delicious. They don’t have a super huge list of meats, but it’s just enough to get a taste of everything!

My initial visit to SK Seoul Kalbi, a Korean BBQ spot, was overshadowed by a complete disregard for my time. I was initially informed of a 10-20 minute wait due to a number of reservations, which seemed reasonable. However, the reality unfolded as a near hour-long wait, with only sporadic updates that did little to manage expectations.
