I used to love this place & its been 3 years since I last ate here. WOW! The food is terrible now 🙁 The crab rangoon’s have shrunk by half the size (nickle size) & mostly crunchy wrapper & cant taste much of the filling at all. The Egg Roll was really bad tasting & unedible.

Had order the china town and the rice was very hard couldn’t eat the rice it was old food was cold the container that the food came in appeared like it had been dropped several times upon delivery . They use to be good serval years ago. The customer service skills are very poor even when placing a order. #SMH . Y’all gotta get it together before y’all lose customer ‼️‼️

I was trying to place an order today for some food and I wanted to make sure the chicken was fresh because my last visit I was disappointed in the quality of my orange chicken. It was so hard I could not even chew it and the person that answered the phone when I called said that she remembers me and that I returned my meal last time I ordered and basically told me to take my business elsewhere. Y’all gone lose business if you can’t do anything to guarantee the food is edible. She told me that she is not the one who cooks the food and she doesn’t know if it’s good. She then said maybe I should come order when the manger is in (which she didn’t tell me that information) She then said I have someone else on the other line and hung up in my face.

We love skillman wok. Tonight everything was great except for the egg drop soup which was barely warm and our crab rangoons were extremely over cooked. We got the sweet and sour chicken which was great and the chow Mein, I asked for it spicy and it wasn’t but still good.
