Smackin Jacks started with a simple desired taste for jerk flava on fried wings. Simple as it sounds fried wings with a jerk flare is not common according to the Caribbean cuisine. Yet the recipe stayed stuck in the owner’s head for over a year before he brought it all together. The sauce was a true “Smack” to the buds. Friends and family loved it. But it wasn’t until the research of a college paper revealed how lucrative sauces could be that “Smackin Jacks” as an entity was born. From local store to urban festivals Smackin Jacks wang sauces have proven to be a “HIT”!
So here we are taking it to the next level endeavoring to be the next major food chain brands

It’s definitely an experience I’ve tried a variety of the wings flavors, the chapada chicken sandwich, the jerk chicken tacos, wraps & salad, & the jerk chicken gyros & pizza are too die for. The loaded fries looked delicious but I’m just not a fry guy. But I haven’t had any problems or complaints & I had a suggestion about something one day & the owner listens & tries to accommodate people he even put the item (jerk chicken pizza) on the menu in just a few weeks! I loved his concern & desire to please…. Almost forgot, the Shrimp & Ribs! delish. I’m getting hungry just thinking about it.

Excellent quality on the food and service. Decent size portions for the cost and food is hot and fresh. The sauce alone sells itself carribean spice and sweet minnie mae. The loaded fries, jerk gyros, and jerk chicken wrap are my personal favorites. I highly recommend them and are open for suggestions for any ideas and room for improvement if need be.

I’m not bad mouthing this place . But today I just went there Sunday 9/25/21 and I’m so disappointed I ordered the 10 wangs and fries and I was told it would take 15-20 minutes which is fine but I ended up waiting 45 minutes my fries where soggy and disgusting my chicken was soggy and under cooked there was blood in it still alot of people like it there maybe it was just a bad day but I personally won’t be going again other then that the owner seems nice I haven’t personally spoke to him but I see he is friendly with others
