I always had excellent food and service! Until today… I had a Ribeye sandwich that was subpar.. it was tough and very small.. I called and spoke with Maria the manager who stated that they only way she would replace my order( keep in mind we order every week) is if I could return the other order…i explained that I was on my lunch hour and would not be able to return the order.. she argued that I could return it later in the day.. I explained that was extremely poor customer service and I would no longer visit the restaurant.. she continued to argue and pretty much didn’t care

Savanna waited on us and did a splendid job, she was friendly, brought our food out efficiently, and the taste of the food exceeded expectations.
