I don’t normally rate reviews below a 3 but I paid $12+ dollars for a burger with a soggy bun, soft lettuce, and a strange after taste (don’t believe me, look at the picture). There wasn’t even a rush on orders it was past 1pm, but I was served this, whatever this is. Only reason I don’t give a 1 is that my fries were good and crispy and the customer service gal was kind. Had to toss the burger…and consequently my money.

Tasty Tasty burgers maid to your specifications! Plus I loved the decor in this place! Its much nicer than my cheap phone camera can portray!

The food was good! However I remember when this place opened and over the years the cleanliness has declined. The area where you fill your drinks was dirty and dusty. The high chairs had crumbs on them. The booths had ripped cushions. The employees were screaming at one another to come take our order. The food was delicious but the service and cleanliness wasn’t up to par at all.

This used to be my son’s favorite place to eat, unfortunately I wont be taking him there anymore. My burger was awful on my past two visits. The bacon was undercooked and there was way too much salt on the patty. So much so that I couldn’t even taste the beef or toppings. On this evening’s trip I sent the burger back to be remade. The remade burger was still too salty and now was way too greasy as well. Ughh. I succumbed to hunger and ate it anyway. On previous visits I’ve experienced unprofessional staff behavior and once walked in amidst a physical fight between two staff members. They need to get it toghether before they start losing more customers.

Average food, but below average service. More than 3/4 of the tables were dirty. The response to not having a clean table was the staff person pitching attitude and clearing tables angrily and with more attitude. There are many places with equal or better food .. without the attitude, mess, or (not surprisingly), the flies.

This place has great fries… smash fries are great- I couldn’t stop eating them until I ran out…. nothing added …. they are soooooooo tasty. Smash burger was pretty good, for the price , it’s amazing. Overall it’s good especially for the price…. And I’d you go there you MUST try the smash fries.
