Great spot for sit down dining at Sea World. The ribs and brisket platter was awesome- so juicy and delicious. They have many other options to include salads and sides, pork sandwiches, as well as tasty treats like cupcakes.

If I could leave a zero I would the lady making my plate seemed annoyed to be working. The price is outrageous but it’s a theme park OK so.get it but what I don’t get is the quality is so lacking the ribs have great flavor but shouldn’t be tough as leather ! The brisket one slice for the plate come on and it was dry because of it being xl lean! And the chicken was cooked till it was scorched of all juice and left with rancid dry pieces. It’s a shame cause I love SeaWorld

One of the worst dining experiences. They don’t have drink options like in the rest of the park. Less than even at some of the kiosks. Staff at the counters hide behind the lamps not eager to help. You have to bend and find them to ask for assistance.

The food was ok but there were pieces of bone in the pulled pork. But other than that the food was ok. It was not worth $104 for a family of three. The main problem was the rudeness of the people working. My wife is highly allergic to chicken. The lady making the plates was handling all the meat with the same gloved hand. When I tried to explain that by fixing a chicken plate then fixing a pulled pork plate with out changing gloves was cross contamination. She said so. My wife keeps medication on her just in case this happens. But one day they are going to get someone really sick. If the health inspector ever seen this, they would close them down.

If you have any concerns about cleanliness and bacteria, avoid this place. I’ve seen cleaner outhouse. It’s was rough and definitely challenging to the immune system.

I don’t know about any of the other complaints but for amusement park food it was good. The ribs were a little over done but the brisket and chicken were good. The side salad and fries were also tasty. It’s amusement park food, of course it’s going to be expensive!

After paying for the dinner deals for 9 people they didn’t stand by it and charged us $100 extra for 8 desserts which should have been 9 free with our dinner and the service from the people making the plates have the worst attitudes EVER and my son found a dang cockroach in his chicken!!!! We didn’t even eat it we all threw it away and when we told the girl at the register not a single soul came over and tried to assist with anything. The poorest place I have ever been to.

This place is horrible, brisket is bone dry and bread is what if imagined sand would taste like. I politely asked if I could get the brisket swapped for chicken and they refused. If I had a problem I had to report to guest services. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. Unless you like bad food and feeling robbed at the same time then go ahead and eat here, but you were warned.
