Happened upon the food truck in Mt Jackson and I have to say was very pleasantly surprised by the Carolina pork BBQ and brisket. Brisket just melts in your mouth and the pork was so tender and delicious! Very filling. Sides were delicious as well. 10/10 hands down.

I’ve been here once and had no complaints but today jun. 29, 2023 at 1:28pm…completely trash. I ordered 4 bones, brisket sandwiche, and smoked leg quarter. Ribs weren’t cooked long enough andflavorless but smelled likeold meat, asked for no bbq sauce but still got it on the chicken, and the brisket wasn’t cooked long enough and it was flavorless. Everything went in the trash…$29.00 wasted

I ordered some ribs and baked beans and they were so delicious. It’s right across the street from the truck stop if you don’t want food from the truck stop. I definitively recommend stopping here for ribs!

My husband and I have had BBQ all over the country and this is THE BEST we’ve ever had!! We got ribs, pulled pork and brisket and it was all amazing! Do not pass up the ribs they were especially finger lickin’ good! I’ve marked it in my GPS so we can stop again when we pass through. Please keep doing what you do! As truck drivers we appreciate you for the amazing meal instead of the nasty truck stop food.

Great tender juicy brisket! It’s seasoned lightly and then smoked the entire time not just boiled gray and then smoked like a lot of “bbq” places do! The pulled pork is juicy, tender and full of flavor. I haven’t had the chicken yet because I just get what I love but I’d imagine it’s great too!
