This place could use better employees or a raise so the ones they do have will like their job alot more last time I called in a order the employee that took my order was very unprofessional I asked if there was any deals or coupons and he acted upset I asked than I asked a few other questions and he seriously said whatever I don’t really care come to find out he wasn’t feeling well but that wasn’t my fault …..I know the second u get use to an employee they leave and have to start all over again and a few times were order wings they messed our order up and gave us boneless wings and u call to say hey this happened and they acted like I was lying about it as much as I wish I was cause we live 30 mins away and that’s a heck of a ride to come all the way back just to get what u were suppose to get the 1st time which we didn’t do. On the pizza side they always put way to much pizza sauce on it and there sauce ain’t the greatest as is but we asked for them to lightly apply and we end up with none not sure if it was as a joke or what but we try to not order there much last resort thing.

I’m baffled by all the good reviews here. I’ve only lived here for about 5 years, but it’s been one bad experience after another with this place. I’ve ordered for delivery and the delivery not show up. And when calling to check on the order I’m told “the driver couldn’t find it”. I’ve waited so long on delivery orders I quit ordering delivery all together. Tonight’s jackpot was being told it’s going to be 40 more minutes after I show up 30 minutes after I ordered…..an hour and 10 minutes…..for a pickup order??? I think I could literally get food faster if i ordered from a different location in a different town. I mean people can argue all they want. “Oh well it IS Friday after all”. Yes I can understand that if I hadn’t worked in this industry before. In this exact franchise actually. And IF this didn’t happen EVERY SINGLE TIME!

I love this place. Their Ranch Pizza is awesome! A nice ratio of ingredients on their pizzas. Their delivery staff are friendly and pizza often comes quickly. The best part was today they surprised us with a box of girl scout cookies. Not sure why, since we didn’t get any the last time we ordered, but a pleasant surprise nonetheless. I highly recommend getting a pizza from here. We RV full time travelling the country and this is some of the best pizza I have had.

We ordered while staying at the Rising Star resort. They were very prompt, friendly, and the pizza, cheese bread, and wings were great. Prices were reasonable. We let them know it was our anniversary and they wrote happy anniversary on the box and gave us two complimentary orders of yummy brownie bites. Highly recommend!
