AMAZING! Food was absolutely amazing. The chef, Angelo, is from Italy. The environment is so friendly and we enjoyed the live music! The waitress, Enca, was very attentive but not annoyingly so. We enjoyed every aspect of our dinner tonight. If you haven’t tried Sofia’s you need to soon!

Excellent food! Came for a dinner meeting for work but delicious! Loved it all! Servers were very nice and attentive! The chef came by too! Tomato sauce was divine! Tasted like fresh and not canned tomatoes. The antipasto was amazing with the nice spread on the plate of different items: bruschetta, olives, fresh mozzarella, roasted peppers, eggplant, etc. Using local and fresh ingredients is a win in my books. Will return again! Last but not least get the espresso gelato, oh my goodness it’s the best!!

Was not impressed with my food. Mussels were overdone and had no flavor. Pasta dish was suppose to have prawns but they did not have them tonight. Sauce was watered down and lacked flavor. Also the paprika on the dish is lame. Server was nice but they need to work on overall quality of food. Especially for the price they are charging.

What a breath of fresh air & gorgeous menu. At the door is a cute basket of doggie treats and water for furry friends passing by. I don’t even have a dog but was impressed by this gesture. Sophia, the hostess, who also told us about this wonderful new restaurant, greeted us with a big smile and took us right to our table. * This joint is popping so don’t go unless you make a reservation or call ahead. The owner, Chef Angelo, came right over to introduce himself and welcome us to the restaurant. This type of old school interaction really makes you feel special. The food was delicious, the service top notch, great cocktails and just a wonderful vibe inside that was full of forks clinking, laughter, sometimes a sizzle on the grill, and lots of smiles from the staff and guests. Can’t wait to go back and try some more of these gorgeous dishes or rent the private room out for a party.

Chef Angelo is unmatched when it comes to making you feel like family. The entire Sofia’s staff will take such good care of you. Truly a gem – worth a visit anytime. We’ll be back for sure. The food here is phenomenal and the owner, Angelo, is an outstanding person who knows how to make his customers feel welcome.
