I’m new to the area but this Sonic was incredibly fast compared to others. The ‘voice’ you speak with was pleasant and the server was amazingly friendly. Side note, I’ve also gone through the drive- thru. That young lady was so fun i tipped her. Smiling, happy, friendly people!!! How refreshing, no pun intended.

I’ve been trying to give this restaurant a chance . You would think because it’s new that the staff would be a little more fresh and friendly. Today was extremely unacceptable. A medium height chubby blonde hair woman with black rimmed glasses was taking orders. She was impatient she not allow me to explain my order before interrupting me to ask me to repeat it not once but three times. Repeatedly talking over me. She finished with a snarky “is that it” . And my order was still partially incorrect. I’m very dissatisfied and disappointed. I expected this to be a great addition to our community as we don’t have many options to dine out as it is.

It doesn’t matter that this is a brand new Sonic. They are all horrible. NEVER use seasoning for anything. Burgers taste only like grease. Mixed drinks are not consistent. Sonic blasts, which are suppose to be mixed, never are. They just toss whatever topping you asked for on top. The rest is just subpar ice cream.

Take the hint from all these one star reviews – this sonic is no good. We’ve had multiple bad experiences here. One time we ordered a Reese’s blast in the drive through and sat there for 15 minutes and when someone finally came to the window they handed us the cup that was sitting at the window since we had pulled up. Not only did we wait forever half the ice cream was liquid by the time we got to it. Today we came back and ordered a cookie dough blast and they gave us a cup full of ice cream with a few cookie dough pieces sprinkled on top. I’m not even exaggerating my fiancé went through the cup and there wasn’t any cookie dough. I thought maybe it had all settled to the bottom… nope just no cookie dough lol. This place is a hot mess and they just opened less than a year ago. My advice is to go up and exit and go to the hayden sonic. They aren’t nearly as disappointing as this place
