Ordered ice cream cone It was falling off, too soft. Service person says we can put in cup. When she came back the ice cream was dumped in cup upside down. So try an eat it with cone sticking out. Ice cream is mostly whip cream now

Have been going here for like 8 years now have had a pretty good experience. My wife was a little upset today that she had to pay 32 ¢ for a mini cup of ice when all she needed was the cup and they didn’t give her the ice with the purchase either all she needed was something to put ice cream cone in that was melting we had already bought food there just previous to her requesting it I think it’s just a little ridiculous to charge for that.

Just left here at 8:00 am on Thursday may the 2nd. This has got to be the sloppiest chicken sandwich I’ve ever seen…. do you people take no pride in your work? This sandwich is smushed and thrown togeather. But it still took you 20 min to get it out to me….

I drive for the consumer. I personally don’t care for Sonic foods. All entrees have greasy taste to me. I have observed frequent order errors as driver. Service is usually fairly fast.
