Normally dont do bad reviews, but this store has deserved it many times. Tonight i told them no thanks and left the drive thru. I could hear dudes yelling in the background but the attendant couldnt hear my order and couldnt pay attention when she could. After a few failed attempts i told them they are playing too much and i’d go to another sonic. They didnt care. owners: your investment is not being respected. I dont want anything free. I just want a good sonic in my neighborhood. Visit was at 6:40 pm on 8/29/23 at Lincoln Rd Sonic in Lakeshore. order at the next store came to $41

I Ordered ahead online I chose the location I planed to pick up from and after placing my order the app automatically sent it to the closest store to me by the time I realized it I was miles away from that store tried to call 8 times an was repeatedly hung up on after I told her my problem and was never refunded my money would have been simple to answer the phone acknowledged what I was saying to you and cancel the order so that I could re order and I did order a duplicate order at the sonic location I selected to begin with with my wife’s phone when I got home after working a 12 hour shift and only having about 4 hours before getting in bed I don’t have time to deal with nonsense
