I’ve probably been to over 100 sonics this has got to be the worst Kept property I have ever been to. Only 1 stall has a working credit card reader only 5 had working speakers and only 2 of the 6 mentioned have working screens. Employees are super nice though. They say they cannot get help from management. I will get an automated apology from sonic for this review but that’s not what I’m looking for I’m looking for someone to fix this place! It is the only one in Kermit and very bad is a understatement.

Almost all of the stalls have not worked in over a year. The place looks like it has been through a war. The staff is friendly but the equipment is junk. The only two working credit card readers now do not have working speakers. Please fix this place. I have made several calls to the 800 number i’ve sent emails I’ve sent pictures. This place is an embarrassment for sonic! My reviews and pictures keep getting deleted. And you will see an apology from sonic right below my review but apologies is not fixing anything!

Trash, did mobile order. Their slushy machine broken. Understandable machines break. Bit my burger and found they didn’t make it correctly. They refused to make it right because I already bit the burger that more than likely was sitting there already made. Then, I didn’t want to return my money. Don’t waste your time here.

Food was as old as the building. Stale and trashy..nice sonic. Also, if you’re using a card.. keep your eyes on the clock. Literally had to search for an employee to get my card back after 10 min+ of waiting for her to return with the card…I’d sooner eat a tumbleweed, than return to this location….seriously…* edit…*already called corporate…pretty sure it’s illegal to take people’s cards. It’s really not that great! It’ll cure a craving, but only part of the time, maybe. The atmosphere here is one of lingering local flatulence from the contests being held right outside of town. The carhops are cute. They always have to go back to get something you need that they didnt bring, and they are great at counting with their free hand, but seriously, they are very kind and seem hard working. The problem here is either communicating the order to the cook, and or the cooking.

Less than half the stalls work because if I’m guessing electrical issues and people hitting them. So you never know what stall to go too, none are labeled working or not. Then to top it off once you do get in one that works they take forever to finally get to you and there is hardly anyone at the sonic because like I said half the stalls don’t work. So what is taking so long???????????
