Disappointed about the ribs. I ordered the sampler which included brisket, pulled pork, chicken, and ribs. A lot of food for your $20 plus dollars. Everything was fantastic besides the ribs, hard to chew. Wasn’t that fall off the bone fantastic. Everything else including the two sides were very good. Service was great and the place was clean besides the one guy at the bar with his foot up on the stool. They did tell him to take it down and he did. The bathroom was clean. My wife did not like the ladies room not that it wasn’t clean it’s just when you open the door it reveals everything inside too the dining area. I would definitely come back and do it again, It is a very nice place. Just probably would not order the ribs.

Mmmmm bbq goodness! The pulled pork sandwich with garlic toast was delicious. The meat was really moist. The fries were fresh and crispy. I was very impressed with the ribs. They weren’t covered in fat! They were thick, meaty, and juicy. Highly recommend the Ocoee Sonnys. Great job to all the staff members. The customer service at the drive thru was impeccable.

Excellent lunch at Sonny’s BBQ. We were greeted by a very friendly gentleman who showed us to our seats. Lora was our AMAZING server who was on top of everything. She always made sure our drinks were never empty and was so kind and friendly. The food was great too but the service was a huge RAVE for us!

We were greeted immediately at the front door. I haven’t been to Sonny’s in years. I went with my family, our server Mikaela super sweet. She did excellent especially dealing with my needy family, we can be handful at times… I RECOMMENDED their ribs and add more sweet honey bbq Soo bomb and yummy. Other than that she checked on us made, sure we was good . Food was great, no complaints, quick and everyone order was right. I totally recommend Mikaela as your server and eating at this Sonny’s location.

Our server Laura today was amazing!! She was knowledgeable and friendly and even funny!! She was very attentive and the food was perfect. There was a small issue with the burger and it was quickly and accurately corrected and subsequently devoured by my family member! The all you can eat meat was delicious. Hope to get her again in the future!

Its was a great service in till mine food came to me when I was getting ready toput bbq soup in to mine sandwich I found I big hair in it manager came and say sorry that was it this is a very nasty situation I don’t know how you guys Allow their employees to work in the kitchen without covering their hair I got charge for everything not a discount oh courtesy to the customer its really sad for other customers who don’t know but that’s why I am writing it thank you jimmy the maneger date of 05/15/2023 time 8pm I hope someone do something about this

Ordered the Tots with queso and brisket. Came out of the kitchen cold. Sent it back and after a 20minute wait got the pictured meal back. Same plate it was microwaved or refried in the fryer. . No queso. Spoke to the manager afterwards who brought it to the table and told him and response was “I only brought what the kitchen gave me.” You can definitely tell he doesn’t care for the customers. The manager should learn to manage and check what he was bringing out.
