Been to a lot of place around town and elsewhere but def recommended to friends and family. For sure need to be promoted and I like the fact that it is for both adult and kid as now I have my son with that could enjoy it too. Check it out for sure. Food is good and had a wonderful experience!

We arrived at 3:30 in the afternoon to the back restaurant/game area. There was one person at the bar who did not even acknowledge our existence. I was unable to get the self order to work (IT issues with their menu). My partner and I are old and have mobility issues. I needed to raise my voice to get her attention over the music. When she came over she was quite indignant about my rudeness as to call her away from her bar. This young tall brunette actually told me that I was rude and needed to walk up to the the bar to get service (did I mention that we were the only people in the place). I explained to her that my partner and I were in pain from medical issues. We just came from Great Basin Orthopedic (that didn’t seem to matter to her at all) she continued to berate me in her aussie accent.

5 stars-they’re just getting going but it has so much potential. I’ve been looking for a good place to take the kiddos to burn of energy while I watch the ballgames and have a few brews. All the family friendly options-Connect4/Ping Pong/Cornhole-access to the outdoors as well. Great arcade too, but nice to have free options and games to play as well. Really hope South Reno embraces this spot and it finds it’s footing. Staff very friendly, helpful-Cheers!

This is the coolest place EVER! We took our basketball teams and families for dinner while visiting Reno for the Jam On It annual tournament over Memorial Weekend. While they seemed to have no idea what was going on and, therefore, were quickly understaffed for the influx of visitors. They pivoted quickly and were still able to maintain excellent food, friendly service and the endless entertainment for everyone. I wish we had something like this in Oregon! We will definitely bet back!!

GPS DOES NOT TAKE YOU HERE. This is in a warehouse setting. You will feel like a marble inside this place as it is so big inside. Has a little something for everyone.

Food comes on great portions, so come hungry. The steak sandwich with fries were great. My friend’s Cobb Salad was wonderful and she added steak patties as her protein option on top of it.

This was an interesting place. It’s kind of a mix between a kids and adults hang out area. This makes it sort of odd as it seems like it’s supposed to be trendy, but then you have kids running around in a warehouse atmosphere.

I really want to like this place but it is suffering from some lack of quality and process. We sat in the bar area at one of the high tops on a Saturday night and even though it was not packed, everything still took a long time. Our server was nice but not attentive, we had to flag her down several times to get refills, our food, the check and the processed payment. Food was a step above Denny’s in that it felt like many of the ingredients were bought pre-done from Costco. We had the Cobb and Caesar salad and everything felt like it came out of a bag rather than fresh (cheese shredded, bacon bits instead of cooked and chopped, lettuce was iceberg shreds, croutons from a bag, precooked chicken that was warmed and cut up, etc). Our pescatarian in the group, mentioned that, and when she was served her salmon with mashed potatoes, it was covered in beef gravy. They fixed it but simple lack of communication and missing info on the menu caused a delay in one of us eating. Ordered a greyhound which was served with 2 additional mystery ingredients above the standard vodka and grapefruit juice. I will give this place another shot being that it is newer and needs some time to gain footing but the food needs to level up in a big way to match the decor and price structure.
