Friendly customer service! My first time there was about a month ago and the guy working explained the menu and was patient with us. The food is awesome, highly recommend the shrimp spring rolls with the lime sirracha sauce! Just visited them again a few days ago and will definitely make it a part of my weekly eats

I go to Spring rolling weekly for lunch and every time is a 10/10 experience. Their staff is quick, friendly and makes fantastic food. The owner is so kind and always asks how you’re doing. The food is delicious every time too. Keep doing great!!

Food is good enough I had go back a second day. I wasn’t paying to the time showed up just as they finished putting everything away! Before I could appoligize and leave they recognized me right away and made the order I wanted even better than the night before! And were completely nice about it! Instant regular right here!

I eat at the riverside location regularly, so I thought I would try the location by cottonwood mall expecting the quality to be the same. I have to say the food was awful, I got an order of spring rolls and a Bahn mi. The bread for the Bahn mi was very hard and obviously old, not to mention the ingredients were poorly placed in there as though they had literally thrown the ingredients in there. As for the springs rolls they were loose and only had rice noodles, carrots and the Protein. Honestly such a bad experience I can’t say that I’ll be going back to any of there locations after this. Please give the cottonwood location the training and attention it needs. They will likely ruin the reputation you’ve built with the riverside location.

To be fair, I went to the new branch of this chain over by Cottonwood, but they’re not available for reviews yet. Maybe this other location is worth visiting, but I am actually ashamed that I ate there. They charged over $7 for two spring rolls (other competitors are closer to $4), that were tiny and skimpy, and they missed multiple ingredients including the protein! They ask like 4 questions as you order, then ignore two of them and skip multiple ingredients including the biggest one, then have the audacity to charge 75% more than their competitors? I never write reviews but this is the most over-priced, low-quality food and service I have experienced in years. It’s actually impressive how bad this place is.

This place is delicious a must try. I got a 2 protein (shrimp) spring roll with a horchata. Horchata is so good too it’s not thick powdered. It’s creamy milky good. Definitely recommend!! Customer service is excellent customer service.
