A good functional store, is really popular and busy. As I walked in, saw seven parties on front of me, so I put in mobile order while standing in line. The service was pretty efficient, as I got my drinks within minutes. No sacrifice in quality, it was perfect.

I get that it’s a mall Starbucks but the employees are so antisocial or informative/helpful etc. No greetings or even prompts when walking up in the line – I had to ask if I could order because it was just a state from employee and awkward silence. Then when the order was done there was no confirmation I was done – more awkward silence. Normally I could go for a quick “do you want your receipt or ok you’re good!” Or literally anything. Just zero communication. Infuriating.

Been to a lot of Starbucks this one needs some help. Stood in line for about 10 min. Line was out the door. Only saw two people get helped. Staff in back were hitting each other with towels and goofing off. Guy at the register left the register for 5 min. No orders taken by anyone else. Another person in line asked one of the workers if they could take an order and the person said someone else will help you and walked off. Started chatting up a co worker and neither did any work. There was a couple of people trying hard but the majority were not. Management failure . We walked out

Walked in and ordered an ice water…physically watched the barista take my ticket and throw it away and make the drinks for both customers that came in after me. When I finally asked where my water was (I was the only customer in the store as well) the staff copped an attitude with me saying they never received the ticket when I watched the barista throw it away. Very nasty staff who don’t know how to take accountability for their mistakes. Never even apologized after I explained that customers who came in after me getting their drinks before me was upsetting.

I walked in around 12 pm today and asked if they had decaf coffee. I normally get decaf lattes at my local Starbucks, but had to stop in the mall. Just no, not we have to make a fresh pot. Plain old no, there were no other customers in the store.

Was with my mother today stopping for a quick coffee. Was literally yelled at and accused by a barista for cutting the line. There was only ourselves and one other woman and we had not cut whatsoever. The nice woman behind us corrected the barista that we were in fact in front of her. I have no idea how she came up with this accusation, but mind you she raised her voice as well and was extremely disrespectful for no reason. I understand sometimes people make mistakes, however, she did not acknowledge her mistake or apologize and continued to be rude for the remainder of the transaction. I also witnessed her mocking us to a coworker while we waited for our coffees. I usually wouldn’t call management but this one merits it.
