There is nothing more disappointing than getting a terrible cup of coffee in the morning on top of paying over $6 for that terrible coffee. I am a Starbucks gold member and todays experience was the worst I’ve ever encountered. I had to have them remake my drink twice only to leave with the third to have a hair inside the cup and I don’t know if Starbucks corporate changed their ice cubes but this location has these small ice cubes now and it watered down my espresso before it touched my lips and ruined the quality of the drink. Now I need to find another decent coffee for me to start my day.

Ordered 2 venti white hot chocolates in the drive through at 850pm, once I reached the window at 9 I was given 2 venti hot drinks. I drove off sipped mine and it was not what I ordered I was given mochas. I went back through the drive through where I was ignored, went to the front the door was locked so I knocked and was completely ignored by 4 employees. I stated that I was given the wrong drinks and would like a refund. This was at 9:03. I understand they close at 9 however I was in line prior to closing and it was their mistake. Not one employee came to the door to acknowledge anything and I was ignored. I was not upset nor irate. I have never been so disappointed with a Starbucks. Wasted $12, and a disappointed.
