This was a typical Starbucks located on Parkway in Gatlinburg. It had some tables and chairs and one high-top table that could sit about a dozen. The staff was very friendly and the service was quick. I would think after all this time I would know what I want but I just haven’t found that ‘favorite’ hot/cold drink. It had caffeine and some flavor so it really hit the spot. The prices are very comparable to other shops and it was very clean.

Was good very busy had a line from counter to door and I ordered three Ribbon Crunch Carmes was great but to wait 25 minutes which was fine had a seat available plus was in no rush. Stop and enjoyed our time here. Very clean and good. Has a fireplace, not Handicap friendly when entering the building but had door open which was great.

Arrived right at closing. Didn’t expect them to close at 9 at a major tourist location. Nonetheless, the young heavyset girl with glasses was very rude. She was standing guard at the front door and was letting people out. When asked if they were closed her comment was very short, rude and condescending…. Almost as if saying “yeah dummy, we close at 9:00”. Better customer service skills go a long way and she was obviously lacking that.

The worst service we have experienced in our life. 8/21/23 at 5:53pm. We a team of 12 people were at the counter and the server was very rude and worst customer service. She messed up the order and was angry with us for her fault. Hope they will fix this in the future.

As a partner for Starbucks, I was in awe of the rudeness of the staff. I understand it’s not a corporate location, but the pricing and attitude of the staff here is horrid. Extremely rude baristas that would get fired in an instant if it wasn’t a franchise. Do better.

Was told there was a bathroom customers could use when their is signs that say employees only so I just simply asked if there was a bathroom their by like at another location I have a medical condition where u pretty much always almost have to be by one but not the point the point is when asked he proceeded to say I could use theirs and when I tried to bring the sign to the attention and ask he decided to make a rude unnecessary comment of well u don’t have to use them then so feeling now put on the spot I proceeded back seeing a bunch more signs saying they were again staff use only and if they are locked then only staff can use them signs and there and behold they were locked I then had to proceed back out with no luck with other customers then asking about the bathrooms since they heard they could use the bathroom but really your not allowed to unless your staff.

First issue is they refused to blend an iced shaken espresso which I have had blended no issues and done at over 30 different Starbucks locations all across America so why they refused I’m not sure. Second the ice shaken espresso tastes like cough syrup. This is a normal drink I get every time I go and yes I go a lot. I have only had one other time where it tasted like this and was told by a staff member before that means the espresso is either old or they didn’t clean it properly. Food items were normal and good but coffee is a huge disappointment.

Awesome customer service. Very friendly. Clean store. Great location. White chocolate mocha (hot) was fantastic. Caramel ribbon crunch was dessert in a cup. Regular coffee was wonderful as well.

Average Starbucks inside and out, however this one has issues with equipment, during my visit the espresso machine was not work, so they were limited on the items they could make…I’m sure it’s just temporary however for me was an inconvenience because that’s what I would have ordered. Not much seating inside and no outdoor seating. Despite. The expresso machine being broken and lots of people complaining, the staff was positive and friendly
