So I was just at this same Starbucks 4 days ago and had THE WORST SERVICE! but was in a hurry and decided to stop against my better judgement AND YET AGIAIN THIS WOMEN WAS THERE AND AGAIN WAS HORRIBLY RUDE, AND DISMISSIVE, NEVER AGAIN… I will go to the local coffee house from now on. Just fyi Starbucks, this is not a person that you would want representing your brands.. AT ALL! Look how many reviews said this place was horrible and obviously your company has DONE NOTHING TO CORRECT IT EXCEPT SEND A BASIC “SO SORRY” AUTO MESSAGE.

Took so long to take simple orders, when I finally got up there to give them my order they got my order wrong. I asked for a venti cold brew with extra foam. I got a grande with normal foam. Not that it’s a big deal but when you make your order clear. You’d think they at least put it in the computer correctly. Also they don’t have Apple Pay so if you like touch less you have to use your Starbucks card. For the wait and the money deff not worth it. Got the grilled cheese too and only had cheese on half of it. Over all not a good experience.

Worst Starbucks ever. I only go there because it’s the closest occasionally one to where I work. There’s one just a little further out that I can get in and out of in just about the same amount of time as it takes to wait to even place an order. There’s one particular person who’s just miserable all the time. Never friendly sometimes rude. When you go be prepared to wait 10 minutes or more in line because there’s not enough staff ever

Ordered a Java Chip with no whip. It tasted like water, there was no flavor at all. I asked them to remake it. They were happy to remake it but then they overloaded it with syrup and I couldn’t drink it because it was like drinking syrup. The Kroger LOC is closer but I will return to my favorite location over by the Meijer Store. They have always made the beverage most deliciously.

When you order 2 cups of coffee than you should get them together instead of waiting several minutes in between the 2 while the person makes other orders for other customers.

It is in the Kroger store and the carts there do not have cup holders. So it was difficult to carry my coffee and shop at the same time. Otherwise, the coffee, service, and snacks were all great!
