First off, I love Starbucks coffee, chestnut praline latte and matcha green tea latte are my favorites! My only complaint with is not with this location but with ALL Starbucks, the wait for my coffee is borderline ridiculous. Weather I’m in the drive thru or go in the store I’m waiting at least 20-30 mins. The biggest issue is the online orders, there will be 10 coffees just sitting there waiting to be picked up while the rest of us are there waiting. you should have someone making the online orders, someone making drive thru orders and someone to help make the inside orders.
