I was in yesterday and had ordered 2 of the same coffees and after having my coffees made I tasted them and they did not taste right either the espresso was old or the syrups were expired it did not taste right. The employee was amazing enough to remake my coffee and let me watch how many pumps of each syrup how much espresso and how the cold foam was made and it was made correctly and even after it being remade my drink still tasted absolutely horrid. My husband even complained of a stomach ache and nausea after drinking the beverage. I am very upset I visit Starbucks regularly and I am very aware of what my drink is supposed to taste like and that is not it.

Ran by underage kids that have no idea what they are doing. Messed up three orders in front of us then messed up ours also. Also throwing the food across the counter makes for a “wonderful experience”

They are advertising drinks that they won’t even sell. I suggested they take their advertisements down in the store. The lady that helped me was very unfriendly and didn’t care to even suggest something close to what I asked for, even though the store was empty.

Not only is the staff excellent! But the accuracy on my order was exceptional! Please come check out this location they provide with amazing customer service! Though my only issue was seating boy are they uncomfortable for business or just hanging around. But overall great place to have some Caffeine!

One time I went this girl was really funny and I felt like that’s what we need at humans is a good laugh. I ordered the Cloud Macchiato and we laughed and called it The Cloud Thing. This was the best experience I have ever had and I always go to this Starbucks. I recommend this!

Don’t order at this location unless you can mobile order. I repeated my order to the order taker twice and the drink was not right. Not even close to being what I needed. I am not spending another 13 minutes to wait for the wrong drink and not have the issue fixed immediately at this shop ever again.
