Being that Starbucks within grocery stores are the only ones open I have no choice but to come here rather than the local Starbucks I’d prefer within my area. I came to purchase a java chip frappe with no whip cream and a slice of banana nut bread heated. I received my order wrong and when I asked for it to be corrected it was as if the employee had an attitude. However if there was less talking amongst her and her coworkers than maybe my order as well as the customer before me would have been accurately made the first time after it was placed.

They do not know how to make frappuccino’s at this location. This is not the first time ordering in Starbucks in Jewel store. Same poor quality products and service. They even refuse return the money back that you pay for their poor quality products unless you talk to the manager.

I wish I could give this Starbucks a zero star. Went in around 7pm and I noticed two Starbucks employees walking out and sitting on the bench outside both smoking and I went in anyway thinking I’m sure there should be an associate there. WRONG! There was no one there. There was a sign covering the payment pad that said be back soon with a smiley face. I waited literally 10 mins for someone to come back. I even went and got some groceries and when I was on my way out to exit jewel still no one was there. Boy would I like a job where I can step out and do whatever I wanted and get paid for it. Starbucks must have money.

No one was behind the counter when I arrived. After a minute, I placed my order for grande cappucino with 2 flavor shots. Because I was running late, I didn’t check my order. When I looked at my beverage in the car, INCLUDING the froth, my cup was only 2/3 full. Very disappointing. I will not be going back.
