For being at airport Starbucks, these guys were killing it! Great attitudes, super service, and the orders were done correctly. Pat was extremely friendly and patient with us. It was a great team effort behind the counter. They kept going and going and going it was very impressive. That’s a fantastic example of working together. And the food was good. And the drinks are hot.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Barista was much more interested in social conversation with her coworker rather than helping customers. Stood at the counter for easily 5 minutes making eye contact with her until she finally decided to pause her gossip and help.

Worst coffee ever. Ordered a cinnamon dolce frapachinno, they looked at me like I had 2 heads. Should have stopped there. Asked for no whip. ‘Barrista’ fixed something that would not call coffee.3/4 crushed ice, couldn’t taste coffee, and no cinnamon dolce. And put creme on it. I asked for none. $7 flushed away.

Order a sandwich. Manger confirms which sandwich it is. Gets distracted by a younger employee. Doesn’t put the sandwich in the order. Asked after 15 minutes about the sandwich. Get told it’s coming. After another 5 minutes I get informed it was never put in the order… This’ll be meaningless because they don’t care about customer service here and they they only shop on the terminal first thing in the morning. Placed a mobile order, went to pick it up, waited 20 minutes past the estimated pick up time. I checked in with the worker to see if my order was in the queue – she said “I don’t have any mobile orders.” Myself and 4 other people were waiting for mobile orders we placed. I asked what I should do about the drink I ordered – she shrugged her shoulders and said “we have nothing to do with mobile orders” then turned around and walked away. I asked if she could just issue me a refund and she ignored me. All of the people waiting for their mobile orders just gave up and walked away without anything we paid for. Super frustrating.

I had an Orange Juice from there that must have been bad. I threw up OJ on the plane from St Louis to Atlanta. Had to be carried off in a wheelchair to my connecting flight. I then threw up almost the whole way to Phoenix. I probably threw up 50 times! Pay attention to date codes! I’m sure mine was expired. I threw up nothing but OJ! Starbucks sucks. Especially at SL Airport. Took forever too. Just bad.
