The UCA library Starbucks has been remodeled and is now open. The new design is more inviting. Plus, you can get into the library from the north side of the building . A real bonus on a wet day!

They are rude and don’t care about their customers. I have seen them give the same drink to someone after a different customer brought it back saying it was the incorrect drink. Today I went to get a coffee and a breakfast sandwich and my coffee wasn’t even full! They will not acknowledge that they made a mistake and it is ridiculous. If I am paying $6 for a coffee they should at least make it correctly.

Nice atmosphere and the remodel is a great addition to campus with a much-improved vibe, but whether there are 35 people in the line or 2, the staff are literally never in a hurry to serve. Employing the dormant second cash register would be a great idea as well as hiring more staff for the busy times.

It’s great having a Starbucks on campus but try to go during a class because the wait times can be 10 to 15 minutes before and after a class. Stays open until 2:00 am during Fall and Spring semesters but you must be a current UCA student to access the library it’s attached to after midnight.

It’s great to have on campus but UCA should really have more than one Starbucks like some campuses do. It’s often very busy and the wait is long. But service is great and products are great as usual.

This is the third time in a row I’ve gone, waited 20 + minutes and they still get my order wrong. And no I don’t think a maple pecan frappachino with Carmel is that hard to make. And they can have the worst attitudes when it comes down to it.

It was an okay experience. The person who mixed my cold drink failed to do so before they cooled it down so the flavoring separated from the coffee. They are good with hot drinks though.

Spent 35mims. in line and once I ordered it took another 10mins. just for an iced green tea with no sweetener. The tea is already made and all you habe to do is pour water into the concentrate… needs better staff.
