I would say the inside is GORGEOUS! Now the food was okay and the service was okay. We were hoping our server would tell us the best options to get from there as were newcomers as we told her but she said “everything was good”

Great service and prime outside seating on the water. We were seated quickly outside on a great afternoon and our server, Kenya, was very attentive. I had a cinnamon smoked Old Fashioned and it is one of the best Old Fashioned’s I’ve tried. I usually default to Chicken Fried Steak when available and this is one of the best I’ve had, including the sides. My wife had Seared Salmon Elote and loved it. Also the beer list is extensive including many local brews. Additionally, the prices are great considering the quality of the food and restaurant in this location.

I visited here for Sunday brunch and the place was bussing with activity. I was pretty surprised by the vibe on the inside because the outside is not so inviting. I think management needs to do a better job with marketing to invite folks. However, during my visit – I ordered the pineapple mimosa, birria bendict, avocado street corn toast, and cookies (for my 2YO).

O M G! The absolutely best pork chop I have ever had in my entire life. I swear to God. You have to try this place. The staff is amazing. Had a friend who can’t drink so they made a specialty mocktail for him. The Mac and cheese is amazing. The mash potatoes are abso freakin delicious! Definitely make this place part of your plans if you’re in the area. If not in the area, then change your plans.

I’ll have to say the service was excellent, our server was really on top of it and really knowledgeable about the menu. My daughter had the regular hamburger and she liked it but she got the salad with it and the ranch dressing was spicy and she didn’t eat any of that, so beware it’s not regular ranch. My wife has the burger that’s not beef, she liked it ok, nothing to special. I tried the fried chicken…which is Houston Hot or something like that. The chicken comes on on a plate and the cheese is melted underneath it with the potatoes and cauliflower. The potatoes were outstanding. The chicken on the other hand was not great. The first time it came out I cut into it (too messy to eat it with your hands because of the cheese) the center of the leg quarter wasn’t fully cooked. Now I’m a big fat guy and I have some authority here….I know you can have some red by the bone on chicken but it had a lot of that and the chicken meat was not fully cooked that I ate. I hate doing it but I told our server and she agreed, apologized and ordered it again. This time it looked just as appetizing until I cut into it, exactly the same thing….raw chicken at the center. I can understand it happening once but twice is crazy. Our server apologized profusely even though it was not her fault. You would think a manager would come over and try to smoothe it over but he or she didn’t. The did take it off of my bill. Over all we were not impressed, too many choices that are far better.

Very nice atmosphere. Cute lunch spot. Fries are delicious. Loved the guacamole and queso. Chips were warm and to die for. We had the seafood platter and the southwest Cesar salad. Service was good.

Went for dinner on Tuesday evening, place was pretty empty. Lots of seating. Beautiful decor and restaurant, right on the water. Staff was friendly and helpful. Chips and queso/guac were good, not mind blowing. Birria quesadilla was pretty good, kinda salty as others mentioned. Variety of options available good for a group.
