After walking all day we had an appetite and we wanted a place that we can sit and enjoy the sites. We stumbled on this place as we were walking the river promenade and happy we stopped in. We walked upstairs and were happily received a long with our pup. We got a seat on the rail and enjoyed the views of the river.

Assumingly this is one of the top restaurants in the area, we were a little disappointed with the food. In general the presentation looked good and portions were decent. The dishes were not as refined as expected. We may sound a little pretentious, the medium rare steak was on the medium well side, and the Pekin duck was a little undercooked. We chose the duck as recommended, but the medium rare was a little too much for the duck. The front desk was not accommodating as they should.

What a fantastic experience! From the ambience to to service to the food, it was five star. The bread service was incredible with three kinds of bread plus butter, hummus, and oil and balsamic. Roasted carrot started gave all five of us a delicious taste. Their peppery greens salad was such a great combo of flavors, I’ve mimicked it at home to reve reviews. Four of us got the sea bass and it was beautiful and amazingly prepared. One got the duck and raved about the preparation and taste. We shared the coconut rice pudding, but it wasn’t our favorite. The ice cream they brought my mom for her birthday, however, was very, very good. A wonderful evening in a gorgeous setting with absolutely delicious food makes Stella’s a highly recommended spot! Thanks for a great experience!

We came for Saturday brunch. Unfortunately the outside parking situation started off our experience on the wrong foot (we were yelled at by a valet parking attendant…). A little bit of an odd layout where one side of the restaurant has no decorations or ambiance and the other side is lively, decorated, a beautiful bar, and so much more to it. On either side, ask for a seat by the window to get a pretty view of the river.

Incredible food and excellent service! This is a great place for a special occasion or an anniversary meal. You can’t go wrong with any entree. I highly recommend the breads appetizer. We also ordered the potato soup “first course” and it was delicious. The bartenders also nailed the Old Fashioned

So I booked this place like 6 weeks out for a birthday brunch, and there was only 1 time slot left! They are BOOKED AND BUSY. And for good reason.

Celebrating my birthday with a group of friends. Need to make reservations well in advance (for nine of us was a month)for a large group. Ask for windows view but was declined. The atmosphere is very nice and classy; the foods are very decorative and creative. The portions are very small but the price are the opposite. It’s a good experience and very nice servers.

Stella was such a beautiful setting for their wedding day with so many incredible spots to photograph even with the weather being less than cooperative. The food was incredible and the party in the upstairs bar area was unforgettable.
