After passing this place almost every day, I decided to give it a try. The place wasn’t disgustingly dirty, but they do need a good deep cleaning. The guy to took my order wasn’t particularly friendly, but also wasn’t rude. I ordered the veggie wrap with fries and waited about 15 minutes despite being the only one in there the entire time.

Went inside to order and still got my order wrong but that’s not issue. My issue is sub city always open your food container to view the, however when they open my container, my French fries were clearly over cooked, they were brown. The staff clearly saw the french fries were burnt and they never offered to give me another order. However, never going there again, just terrible no pride in your work nor no integrity!!!

So I called to place a order over the phone…the lady who answered the phone took the order and said that it would be ready in 10 min…. I called the store back 10minutes later to see if it was ready and was told that I have to come into the store to place my order because it’s their new policy… okay cool….my question to the lady was why didn’t you tell me that when I placed the order? She said 10 minutes and it would be ready.she then asked me do I still want to come in and order and I told her no. I just wanted to no why she didn’t inform me when I placed the order… instead of giving me a answer she just said it’s our knew policy because ppl haven’t been picking up the food….still she missed the point…bad communication and customer service. SHUT! IT! DOWN

I normally use Lakeshore location and now i see why. The food i received was trash, 18 dollars wasted. They charge 2 dollars for broccoli which I could barely make out any hardly no meat and taste nothing but grease.

LONG WAIT TIME …..Walked in for 2 sandwiches and a polish boy, it is now 50 minutes later and I still do not have my food…this is unacceptable, they let my one sandwich sit on the counter for 30 minutes and counting, I will not be coming back here in person

Terrible customer service !! I asked them what were my options on a order that they messed up, They told me they couldn’t fix my order until the next day because school just got out and they have to serve other customers. I went back to subcity where they did not respect me blamed everything on me. Claimed that I always cause problems every time I go in there when this would be my second time coming to this location. On top of it all my potato bowl that they “fixed” was completely submerged in oil, and the staffing started cursing at me like I wasn’t a valued customer!! I would not recommend this location !!
