I gave a one star because the steak and cheeses. Sub was hard and over cooked. The portions of the steak is very little to none.if half of it was hard. I only ate vegetables and bread. I have been going there for years sad to see the food tasting like this with the different cooks. They don’t answer the phone.which is unprofessional. Today was my last visit. I can cook a steak at home that would taste way better then this crab.

Got a steak sub with bacon, lettuce, and pickles, everything about the sub was horrible, the steak was not chopped up and was tough AND burnt, the pickles tasted weird and sweet, the cheese was not melted. I was looking forward to this sub and was so disappointed. I frequent this sub place many times and have noticed too many inconsistencies regarding the subs. If I could give this place a Zero, I would unfortunately I’m unable to do so. The employees are rude and not properly trained on cross-contamination. They preped my bread and placed it on the cutting board right in front of the raw meat steak and chicken. When I asked to get my bread re-done and placed on the wax paper, the young lady was ver RUDE and very confrontational. Then they completed my sub, and she refused to cut and wrap my sub and said i could unitl she was done with all the other customers that came after me then she would cut and wrap my sub if wanted to wait if not I could just leave . By this time, the manager came out the back and completed the transaction and very apologitc of the situation and individual. This is what a fifteen dollar meal will get you now in days poor service and poor quality food.

I will start by saying the food is good and the staff is nice, but they do way to much talking over the food without wearing face covers. I think people are really forgetting that we are still in a pandemic. It’s just not fair for staff to be so disrespectful and just unconscious of other people’s meals. If you know you have to talk to take orders or just conversate to co-workers please wear a mask

Amazing flavor in the meats. We had a chicken bomb sandwich and a steak corned beef sandwich. I had ordered a steak pastrami sandwich but they were out of pastrami which tells me it’s probably incredible! But the two sandwiches we had were delicious, mouthwatering and huge! Would return there in a heartbeat!

This is the first time I went there in almost a year and holy$$$$ quality of the meat has went way down every single bite from my Philly cheesesteak was filled with grizzle!!! And they’re charging more now because of the price of the meet. So quality goes down in price goes up?

Very unprofessional service. I called and ordered a chicken salad with NO CHEESE. When I opened my salad the first thing I see is CHEESE. I called them to let them know that the order was wrong. The person answering the phone had an attitude and told me that my salad has no cheese. When I take it back so they can see that it does have cheese the person at the register tells me that I have to wait for a new order with (an attitude). He didn’t care. I asked for a refund. The service there is very poor and doesn’t know how to follow a customer orders.
