This location takes advantage of the fact that you are limited in food shopping options inside the concourse. I had purchased a meatball sub, which came poorly made. The meat had something very hard inside it. I tried examining it and couldn’t determine what it was. The shape resembled a chunk of a fingernail, but I had no way of confirming this. I called the number on the receipt (because my flight had already departed MIA when I tried eating,) but it just rang endlessly. I tried reaching out to corporate several times through their website (I uploaded the receipt and pictures,) yet never received even a confirmation of my complaint. I simply stopped eating at Subway after this incident, and I hope this store and corporate customer service are very proud of their $10 accomplishment.

Fresh ingredients and fast service. Very friendly and patient. $2 more then I will normally pay but it’s expected since it is at an airport. Well worth it. Love extra veggies and they had no problem giving it to me. Only problem is you cannot use the app for discounts and they have no way of finding location on maps or store number and the employees did not know why, it’s just always been that way they said. There is another one they said that’s about a mile out that you can use your app and discounts. Also ate 5 hours later and sandwich was not soggy.

Stood in line for 15 minutes, not even that many people in front of us. Then order sub go to get toppings, they out of onions and tomatoes, ridiculous. Obviously, mangers and workers don’t care. I almost didn’t get the sub because the type I got really needed those. Got it anyway, tastes like a sub from a gas station refrigerator that was made the day before. Just because they are located in the airport they don’t care. I fly out of Miami every month, will never go there again.

Possibly the worst Subway I’ve ever been to. The workers don’t wear gloves when handling bread, they have no idea how the point system works (the code where you get points). Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.

This airport is terrible. This Subway and it’s staff was great! The assistant manager was kind and very pleasant. He made jokes and wished us a “have a good fight”.
