The food is good, but the portions are so small. I thought I ordered from the kids’ menu. The Aguas Frescas were good. The price is very cheap. Probably why the portions are small. Would most likely not recommend eating here.

The food is alright, but the customer service is horrible. The lady at the front who takes orders and is at the register has the worst attitude every time my friends and coworkers have gone. She gets the orders wrong, and she makes ugly faces all the time. It almost seems as if she doesn’t want any of us there. The food is affordable and I believe that is the only reason why they continue to have customers.

Usually a good place but today they lost my business. No customer service, I am reading the low reviews here and they have say the lady was rude. I wanted to exchange my order since I taught I had ordered fried tacos but got tostadas instead. Long story short the “lady” who she stated was the owner said they would charge her if she exchange my order. I lost it and told her keep your food and left. I mean I spend 35 dollars in food and they could not change my order wow I taught she was joking until I told her I am the customer then she said ” NO VOY A ALEGAR CONTIG”O…… Sadly I wasn’t either so I left…

Lady at the register is super rude, I also can’t believe they charge for the salsas. Spent $35 but they won’t dish out one extra salsa packet AFTER I had already paid? Want me to swipe my debit for 25 cents? Horrible customer service. Just plain ridiculous.

This place is not a fast food. They do cook your meals slower. Patience for your meal I mean 20 mins wait time or more! Don’t expect a smile or a warm greeting if they don’t know you! Sucks.
