I had wings, catfish and shrimp. A lot of food. Everything was delicious but, the fries were cooked hard and No season on the seasoned fries. Coleslaw was dry. Need more dressing on that coleslaw.

First time visiting. I got the honey gold wings. The wings were very good. But it was my first time seeing a 6% packaging fee. That was a new one for me. Would I return? Probably. But I believe that a sign should be up to make the customer aware.

Their honey hot wings are good but the cashier always has a very nasty attitude. She has no patience, and always rush you to place your order. She is always on her phone frowned up, and NEVER smiles. When I asked her why, her response was “I don’t have to smile if I don’t want to”. My response was ” but it would be good customer service though”.

Technology has a bad habit of ruining customer service. Supreme Hot Wings doesn’t allow call-in orders so you either have to order in-person or online. I attempted to order a lunch special online because I knew that I would not make it in time to place the order in-person. However, I was unable to order online because their system was not working. Upon arriving after the lunch special time, and informing the cashier that I was unable to place an order, she was unapologetic about the site’s erroneous online system and unwilling to offer any courtesy or alternatives stating, “Aint nun I can do for you”. It was after the lunch special time, so thats understandable, but the cashier’s attitude discouraged me from even placing an in-person order. With above average pricing and inevitably long wait times, Supreme need some supreme customer service but thats never been my experience.

The cook was very nice. The wings were deep fried and seasoned however you like. I had the lemon pepper and they were great. Bonus is homemade cakes!! Lemon cake, oreo cake, chocolate cake, and coconut cake I think is right. I got the lemon cake and it was moist and fresh.
