No pretentious omakase here, but reasonably priced sushi with delicate fish, selected rice, and serious craft. A few other delicacies such as their incredible soft shell crab tempura. Bare bones decor, busy staff, bright lights, so don’t go there for the vibe but for the fish (and a cold bottle of sake).

rich people sushi, and I don’t mean that as a compliment. Crazy long line at like 6pm for sushi that tasted great and had an interesting point of view, but was ultimately all pretty similar, and small. The staff were really wonderful, but the place just isn’t for us. Not sure we’d be back
