I was visiting from San Francisco and was skeptical about getting tacos from Oregon. I got the 4 for $11 tacos (lengua was $1 extra) and they were bomb – super flavorful. I got lengua, birria crispy, and 2 al pastor. The lengua was so tender, birria was crispy and melty with cheese, and al pastor had bits of pineapple which as sweet to accompany the savory pork. Service was quick and they were really friendly and family oriented.

New place at Silvermoon. I had their carne asada, carnitas and chorizo con papa tacos. Meat quality: I wish it was a little better. I will have to say they have great salsa, homemade tortillas and I like how they give you cucumbers and radish! Recommend the chorizo con papa taco!

I have tried many items on their menu, nachos are delicious, California burrito is great, and the flautas remind me of being back in Houston. It is definitely a more traditional style than what some would be used to, but it is better for it!

I got 4 tacos at Silver Moon. Wow! Just, wow! Most delicious tacos in Bend! I got 2 Beef Birria crispy, 1 carnitas, and 1 al pastor tacos. $11 for so much flavor and quality… yum! Friendly service too. I’m so impressed! I will be back!
