We stopped here during our road trip from Montreal to Ohio. It was way past our lunch time, and we were getting very hungry, so we decided to stop here to fill our stomachs though Taco Bell is not our usual choice of food. You know you need something quick during your road trip especially if you have several hours to get to your destination for the day.

This is by far the best managed fast food establishment I’ve ever eaten at. At this Taco Bell, all of the staff were obviously focused on customer service. It was the details that I appreciated. The person at the register, who seemed to be a crew chief or supervisor jumped away from training his employee to take my order, and then counted my change back to me – no one seems to do that anymore in the fast food industry. He then went back to his task, and I heard him make an encouraging comment to the employee. When our order was ready, the kitchen person noticed me standing at the counter (the wait was very brief, by the way), and he brought my food to me. As I left to return to my car, another staff member greeted me and said “hope you have a great day”. My wife told me that person had just finished emptying trash bins, and still took time to be polite to a customer.

my soft tacos with no lettuce were more tortilla than anything else, didnt even reach the ends. my beef burrito supreme didnt seem like it had any beans, while my moms barely had any beef. her mexican pizza was also overcooked, which makes it harder for her to eat without teeth. it could just be because it was barely after midnight, but for a fast food place that usually has late nights/24-7 hours, this is pretty sad

This is by far the worst Taco bell I’ve ever been too in my life. I travel a lot as a truck driver and I’ve had some bad food but still was able to eat it because I was hungry. I couldn’t even eat the food it was so cold and dry. Do not stop here!

This particular Taco Bell has terrible food and somehow even worse service. Ordered 2 tacos and a drink and took 30 minutes to complete my order. Did not receive my drink, and the tacos barely had anything on them and somehow tasted burnt. Durning my visit the manager half heartedly tried to do something, telling the numerous workers “it shouldn’t take 5 minutes to make 5 tacos” to which one man replied “No, it takes 10 minutes!” And the manager did not respond. The workers do not want to be working and are taking their frustrations out on the customers. Sad.

The restaurant cheated. The bowl was just half full with less than normal portion size. The burritos and Chalupas were very hollow with not much rice or beans or chicken or any other stuff inside. It disappointing to see the restaurant cut corners and cheat the customers by deceptively reducing the portion size. Never going back there again.

Running on a 3 person crew, everything was hot and made to order the only problem I saw was my gf used the bathroom and 1 of the stalls was out of toilet paper and leave it to her to pick that Pacific stall lol

Went through the drive through after a long day. Our cashier was Damian. Everything was fine until getting to the window when we were met with extreme sarcasm and rude comments. First was a comment about my vehicle having an exhaust leak mentioning it was difficult to hear our order. I then apologized and explained that there is no exhaust leak, my vehicle is a diesel and sounds much different than gas vehicles. Then, likely because he felt stupid, started laying on other rude comments. When we finally got our order it was not at all what we ordered. Out of frustration and exhaustion from travel etc we did not go back in to be met with more rude workers. Honestly was so surprised by this interaction and felt compelled to let others know including taco bell management about this problem worker.
