Normally Taco Bell is great but for some reason today was not their day. The kid working the window barely knew what was going on, they were out of large cups, mountain dew, and mango Fiesta. When charging the card they claimed it declined twice before coming back out with needing the pin, which usually does. Just everything didn’t go well and I won’t be returning for a while to this specific location.

Besides the slow and rude staff at times. Lack of constant working soda machine. No ice. Bath room doesn’t look like it’s been cleaned in months. Place needs a serious upgrade or better staff.

I wait 15 mins in line, finally get my order, count the # of items bc I was in a rush and then take off. I get home, realized my more than half of my order is wrong, so then I just gave it all to my boyfriend. He’s on his last couple tacos when he realizes THERE IS A RECEIPT IN THE TACO. I call the store, MANAGER answers by saying “hello??” I said ” um is this taco bell?!” and he replies “yeah that’s how I answered the phone!” i replied “can i speak to the manager” he replies with a change in tone of voice “Oh i am the manager!” i let him know what happened, and he doesnt believe me and requests that i bring the taco back to SHOW HIM so that I can get a refund. I go to the store in the drive thru, as it is pouring rain, AND NO LINE, and he screams to the window “YOU NEED TO COME INSIDE IF YOU WANT ME TO HELP YOU” I said sir it’s pouring, i just drove 20 mins back over here and there is no line behind me. He huffs and puffs and refuses to help unless i go inside. he did give a refund, but surely did not confront any workers to determine how this even happened. also- the food was disgusting. DO NOTTTTT RECOMMEND!!! if i could give 0 starts, i would!!

Some manager must be trying to game the system to make drive through time seem quicker. I’ve been asked multiple different times to pull around to the front for my order at this location which makes the wait time much longer.

I am giving it 4 stars because I didn’t dine in, I just ordered for delivery, but I must say I have to give credit where it’s due. Everytime I order delivery the bag is packages so neatly with napkins on top and double sealed for tamper safe. Great job guys on eving shift! I’ve been ordering the past few nights between 5pm and 8pm. Keep up the great work!

Walked in yesterday around 11:30 am. Worker was at the register with her head down talking on the phone. 5 mins later she finally acknowledged me and told me she wasn’t working and would go get someone to take my order. 8 mins later no one helped. Left and saw 2 workers in the back office and 2 workers outside. Spoke to 2 workers outside for who knows what and asked if anyone works here?

Worst service as the lady who takes order doesn’t understand anything. Nightmare for vegetarians. I felt like she purposefully added chicken and beef to my all orders even after telling her at least 5 times my preference. This didn’t happen with me first time. I wish they become mindful in hiring.
