This has to be the worst location you have. I went here to get lunch . I placed my order on your self checkout system and paid there cause there was no one to help. Then when they completed the order not only was the drink not with it , they were out of the drink I paid for and did lnt even offer an option and told me I would have to go on the app to get my refund. Even though I placed the order instore. And after all that I get back to my work to sit down and eat and one of the burritos had toppings and make a spoonful of beef in a burrito supreme. I will not got it taco bell ever again cause customer service and a quality product is not what you are about. And could care less to keep customers it seems.

Management here obviously needs to get it together. Employees are so overwhelmed with the amount of orders that they are under a ton of stress. It’s 5pm, there should be more than 3 people on line… There aren’t enough employees for them to work on cleaning as they go, so the lobby AND kitchen are not very tidy. Seems they are always out of certain drinks or ingredients. I genuinely think the employees are trying their best to keep up and do things correctly, but they are set up for failure by the management.

Order was confused. We finally had to go to the window to fix. As it turned out it was not “fixed”. We asked for a 6 and 12 value pack of crunchy and soft tacos and a lge iced tea. They did not tell us they no longer have the packs so we ended up paying for 18 taco supremes and iced tea. The total was $48. And they forgot the tea. The food was ok though. For that price we could have had surf&turf. With cocktails. .

The worker that served us was very rude. I tried to get his attention because he forgot my husband’s freezee drink but he ignored me. He was rude to my sister. My crunchwrap supreme was burnt. And he forgot a burrito that I had ordered.

I’ve ordered from here 3 times in a year and every single time it’s empty with 10 people jamming out gossiping like school girls. But after a 20 minute wait in line alone I get asked what I’m waiting for and then I get hold on just a minute…… 30 minutes later maybe get my food and it’s still messed up somehow. Since you can’t get a Taco salad any more, I ordered a Nacho Bel Grande with all the extras to make a Taco salad. The staff took great care to make sure it had everything I ordered. It was absolutely perfect. The staff was very courteous and patient and everywhere I could see was very clean. I highly recommend this Taco Bell.
