Food quality is consistent. Sometimes you get a nice person working the register. But dear god do they suck at efficiency, slowest fast food I’ve ever experienced. And half the time I eat here the Baja Blast is tapped out, we all know that’s not acceptable.

Staff is rude and can’t seem to make orders correctly. You ask for no sour cream? They throw in extra! Ask for extra cheese? You get none! I’ve tried 3 times to give this place a chance and they’ve messed up my order every single time. It’s an accomplishment to be this awful.

I go in at 1715 and go up to the line a guy who was in the back pokes his head around the corner and asked “Can I Help you” with an atatude.. when I asked may I put in order in he told me to learn to read the wall….. I have never been a fan of Taco Bell but this will be the last time I ever go to one. and the last time I go to this location it seems like every one who works here is really lazy and rude.
