6:31 pm- This location is by far has the best service and hot food I’ve ever received at any Taco Bell restaurant. I ordered the famous Mexican pizza meal as I always do (added jalapeño sauce) and to my surprise, it was actually correct on there. The freshness was definitely a 10/10. Super friendly employee let me know the LJS side of the restaurant is closed permanently. Sad day for fish lovers. Definitely would recommend an evaluation of employees on deck. Many can learn from them.

Place feels a bit dead outside typical lunch/dinner hours but the employees are on it, plus damn if they don’t have the best food. I have a couple different Taco Bell’s nearish to my work. This is the one that’s my favorite in Louisville. They are quick, almost always get your order correct and pretty friendly.

My husband went through the drive thru on Thursday and ordered me a chicken burrito supreme,no bean, when he got it home and I sat down to eat,it was wrong,it was a regular burrito supreme,ugh,honest mistake, fine, I let it go threw away my burrito and moved on with life, still wanting a chicken burrito supreme, I sent my husband through the drive thru again last night ( Saturday night) I was on the phone with him and heard the guy at the window repeat the order ” chicken burrito supreme,no bean” my husband pays, brings the order home and AGAIN,NO CHICKEN, JUST BEEF BURRITO SUPREME!!!!!!! I repeatedly call the taco bell and no answer,of course, I mean come on, first time, okay,but, really!!!! This place is ridiculous,TRAIN YOUR FRIGGIN EMPLOYEES,SO THEY KNOW THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN CHICKEN AND BEEF, GEEZ, I wouldn’t recommend,nor will I ever eat here again, JUST RIDICULOUSLY INCOMPETENT

Austin T has no customer service skills threw my food around my bag and overall lacks any enthusiasm should not be working your service window or front counter if he can’t actively engage with the customers being on your phone was very rude and highly unacceptable you woukdnt wanna help a Customer on the phone then you as an employee shouldn’t be on one either during your working shift talking about Gustavos food and the strip club down the street from it very unacceptable
