Dirtiest Taco Bell that I have ever been in. Broom and dust pan laid against the order counter, customer side for over 30 minutes while I waited for my order to be filled. I watched my order being prepared. The prep area floor was covered with food, and I watched as employees tossed more food and empty containers on the floor. The person filling my order stopped midway in, visibly upset, and walked away. He went to the drive-through window and proceeded to whine to someone that I assumed was the manager about being overworked. My food was cold and overall an extremely disappointing experience. Gentleman in front of me waited over 15 minutes for one soft shell taco. I never plan to return to Taco Bell.

Someone show this to corporate. My friends and I have dined at taco bell locations throughout Michigan, and this one is routinely the worst. Constantly out of ingredients, never fully staffed, always an issue with the order. Please Taco bell, up the pay, recruit better management, change supply vendors, whatever will help this location.

Went inside to order & after about 5 minutes a young kid comes to the counter while a straw to his drink in his mouth tells us we have to place our order on the kiosk, we do so & when finished it gives the option to pay by card or pay by cash, we chose cash & it says pay at register to complete finishing the order, we wait again, finally the kid comes up again & says oh u have to pay by card, we ask if the order can be moved to drive thru due to only having cash, he says no but I can cancel it, he does so & already frustrated at this point we go thru the drive thru which is super slow then after all of this we get back to our job site at the carnival to realize we were missing stuff we ordered & a few other things were supposed to be minus stuff & was just made the normal way… I wouldn’t return to this Taco Bell if I were starving to death & it would mean the difference between life and death, I would rather choose death at least it would be faster and more satisfying to say the least!!!!

Have ordered from them a few times..the quality and accuracy of their orders have dropped by 80%. They can’t seem to get any order correct and every time I complain..it goes unnoticed..they either need to close this store or pay their employees better. The prices have tripled as well.

Horrible experience! Ordered through the app to pick up inside. Stood there and waited, could see one employee making food and another sweeping the floor. Nobody ever came and helped the 6-8 customers standing at the counter and I didn’t get my food. No food, no service.
