It seemed so sad to me and my husband that a brand new store was so dirty. Men’s bathroom had poop on the walls and floor. The floor and tables in the dining room were not clean. The staff was friendly and polite and seemed up beat. Food was kind of a slop shoot. I don’t think they knew how to make the new dipping sandwich. Taste was good but couldn’t eat it with my hands.

Very bad experience drive through lady was very rude when I asked her to add 2 simple things to the order that I forgot to order at the drive through speaker and she told me no and I had to drive all the way back around. I will never go here again. Train your workers to have a little more respect

Worst service! Ordered online for pick up because this place is always slow and I didn’t want to wait in line forever just to get my food. 30 minutes after placing my order and receiving an email confirmation that my order has been received, got to the place just for the lady to be very rude. She said that there is no order with the said name, I tried telling her that I have an order number and confirmation number but she just cut me off not wanting to hear what I had to say. She didn’t even bother to double check to see if my order was there and just shooed me away like I was trying to scam them into giving me free food. But she did give me enough time to confirm that I was indeed in the correct place. Ended up cancelling my order and leaving, never got the email confirming of my canceled order. It was ridiculous.

They are actually open late. I bicycle out there for some tacos late after work and they serve me in the drive thru. Pretty much every other fastfood chain will not serve you on a bike. I really like the volcano tacos!

Usually this spot does alright, but this is the second time dashing late night that I was told to wait in the drive thru line a second time before picking up my deliveries. So people who arrived after me, got their food well before me. My kids even wanted Taco Bell so after I was rudely told to wait in line a second time, (4 cars deep to the order board both times) I orders from the one in rib mountain for my own family. Next time I will wait at that window for my deliveries. Their drive thru times are not MY issue. I’m on a timer too.

This is my second time coming to this location after 6 pm. Never again. First time they forgot items and sauce packets. This second time I waited 30 MINUTES in line when only 2 cars were ahead of me. I got 3 supreme tacos and 2 of them were smashed to pieces. I didn’t order a taco salad. But with the hard shells being smashed to pieces I basically had to scrap the mess off the wrapper with my teeth.

I’m allergic to dairy and they have gotten my order wrong three times in a row now. They put cheese and sour cream on my order when I asked for none. I order on the app and there is no way to get your money back. They also consistently forget items like the cinnamon twists

The lady was rude, and they didn’t even deep fried my chalupa. They just gave it to me cold. Not only that, but they seem so annoyed and a rush to try to get me out of there even though no one was behind me in the drive through. All my food was cold not even hot from the beef nor anything.

I have $20 bill and ask to place my order with cash no one wanted to help. The one older lady super short hair said what’s your name..I said I would like to order the breakfast box with cinnamon iced coffee. …I’m the only one inside she looks at me and says what’s your name. I tell her. She gives me soda cup I tell her I order ice coffee. She looks at me and walks away. I ask make sure it’s cinnamon delight iced she hands me regular roast coffee at this point i don’t want to “speak to a manager “I decided to just leave. Will not come back. So sad she’s like over 45 years old not friendly customer service I wasn’t rude I wasn’t rush I was smiling and polite.
