I drive past another Taco Bell to get to this location! Everyone working drive thru is SO FRIENDLY, the food is always perfect, they get the order correct and never an issue getting frozen drinks here because the machine always works. I tell everyone it’s a little out of the way but worth the trip! The tacos actually look like they do in commercials!

The water in the bathroom was orange, the toilets wouldn’t flush, and they were dirty. I could hear the manager cursing and yelling at his staff. I overheard staff talk about the manager having relations with an 18 year old employee in the bathroom at the Taco Bell, and her getting to do whatever she wanted at the restaurant. It was the most unpleasant and unprofessional experience I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant.

I wish I could add a photo of what I just bit into. It’s a triangular blue piece of paper/plastic which seems to be a seal for something. It was in my cheesy Gordita crunch. Super disappointing that kinda grossed me out and I couldn’t finish my food. I mean I could o, but just made me think of they’re that careless and somehow missed a big piece of whatever this is while making my food, what else could be in there?

I came in to eat on Friday afternoon. While waiting to be helped, a female employee walked past me and sat in the corner. She did not say a word to me. I waited for a while before i had to use the kiosk instead of getting help.

Worst service ever and when you try ordering at the drive thru at night the guy says DoorDash only but can’t even get the order right when you do. So ridiculous!! how dumb can you be if the order is on a screen in front of you?!?!?

1/7/23: Yet again a lousy pickup. Did an online order. Missing a beefy 5 player burrito, no cinnamon or sugar on cinnamon on cinnamon twists, coffee machine broken, sodas only ¾ filled after foam settled, and worst of all tomatoes under the cheeses in a chalupa that was not supposed to have tomatoes and the person who ordered it is allergic to raw tomatoes!
